Work those face muscles




When you're starting a workout routine in 2010, don't forget to exercise your face. Just as yoga helps to keep the body supple, flexible and strong, tension builds up within facial muscles and the results may be imperceptible in the short-term, but lock into habitual tightness in our expressions.
